Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

Google sign-in. Google provides an account identifier, verified email address and basic profile information such as your name or picture when available. We use this to recognise you and create your app session. The same Google identity can be recognised across both apps. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files.

Nutrition information. Depending on the features you use, you may provide age, height, weight, goals, dietary preferences, food records, food photos, activity, water intake and related habits.

Sabokbal information. You may provide mood records, journal entries, gratitude notes, exercise responses and conversations with the AI companion. These entries can contain sensitive personal information.

Other information you choose to send. This can include messages to support, uploaded content and audio when you use a feature that requests microphone access.

Technical information. The service may process IP addresses, device and app versions, session information, usage events and error reports for operation, security and troubleshooting. Enabled mobile analytics can include Microsoft Clarity interaction and session-replay data; diagnostic tools may include Sentry. Availability depends on the app platform and configuration.

2. How we use and share information

We process information to sign you in, save and synchronise your records, provide the features you request, personalise results, maintain subscriptions, respond to support requests and protect the service from misuse.

AI features. When you request an AI feature, relevant submitted content and app context may be sent to the configured AI processing providers. This can include food photos, prompts, conversation history or journal content needed for that feature. Providers and processing locations can vary by feature and app edition. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information or another person's private information.

Service providers. Hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, diagnostics and notification providers process information needed for their services. Google processes sign-in under its own privacy policy. If you choose a link to Telegram or another external service, that service's terms and privacy practices apply.

We may disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, address security incidents or protect users and the service. For questions about providers used for a particular feature, contact us before submitting sensitive content.

3. Storage, retention and security

Account and app records are stored to provide your ongoing account history and requested features. We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, protect accounts, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. The period depends on the type of information; deletion may not immediately remove records from backups or records that must be retained for a legitimate obligation.

Information may be processed in countries different from where you live, depending on the active infrastructure and service providers. We use technical and access controls to reduce unauthorised access, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

The apps use local storage or device storage for sessions, preferences and app operation. The website uses optional analytics only with your permission, as explained in the Cookie Policy. The apps may have separate analytics controls.

4. Your choices, access and deletion

You can choose what to enter, manage device permissions and stop using optional features. You can edit records where the app provides that control.

To request access, correction or deletion of your account and associated data, email info@avocadoai.app. Tell us which app you use and the account email. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes. We may verify account ownership before fulfilling a request. We will explain any data that must be retained and the reason.

You can remove the Google connection from your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not itself delete your existing Avocado or Sabokbal records; contact us to request deletion. Privacy rights available to you depend on applicable law.

5. Younger users

If you are below the age at which you can consent to use the service where you live, use it only with the consent and supervision required from a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian can contact us about an account or to request deletion.

We may update this policy as features or processing practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
