1. Your account and these terms

By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. Avocado provides the services described on our app introduction page.

The English apps use Google sign-in. Keep your account information reasonably accurate and protect access to your Google account and device. Do not share session credentials or sign-in codes.

You must be able to agree to these terms under the rules where you live. If parental or guardian consent is required, obtain it and use the service under the required supervision.

2. Health and AI limitations

Avocado Nutrition helps you record food and habits. Sabokbal offers journaling, reflection and self-care activities. Neither app provides medical diagnosis, treatment, professional therapy or emergency monitoring.

Food analysis, nutrient estimates, plans and AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review important outputs before acting on them. Consult a qualified professional for medical, dietary or mental-health decisions, especially where a condition, medication or treatment is involved.

If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate local crisis service. Do not rely on the apps to detect or respond to an emergency.

3. Paid features and purchases

Some features may require a paid plan or have usage limits. Review the price, currency, duration, included features, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions presented for a particular offer before paying.

In English Avocado Nutrition, the Plus payment action opens Telegram support on Android and web. Opening that link is not itself a purchase. Confirm the applicable offer and payment details with support. Any third-party service used for a purchase has its own applicable terms.

For billing, cancellation or refund questions, email info@avocadoai.app with your account email and relevant purchase reference. Do not send complete card details. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You permit us and the service providers involved to store and process it as needed to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Submit only content you are entitled to use.

• Do not attempt to access another person's account or data.
• Do not disrupt the service, bypass access restrictions or abuse automated access.
• Do not submit unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Do not use the service to harm yourself or others.
• Do not resell the service or use its branding without permission.

The app software, branding, artwork and original service content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to the service does not transfer those rights.

5. Availability, changes and ending use

Features may change or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or development. Uninterrupted access and error-free output are not guaranteed. We will communicate material changes to paid services or these terms as required by applicable law.

We may limit access where necessary to address misuse, a breach of these terms or a security risk. You can stop using the services at any time and request account deletion using the process in the Privacy Policy.

6. Responsibility and support

You are responsible for reviewing estimates and deciding how to use educational or AI-generated content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided without a guarantee of a particular health or personal outcome. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
